Lauren MoffattLauren Moffatt is a women’s contemporary collection of must have, vintage-chic looks. Inspired by fabrics, colors and textures, Lauren Moffatt and business partner, Rob Pepin launched their line in October 2000. The first two seasons of the collection, Moffatt and Pepin designed and produced the line completely from their 31-foot sailboat, home docked in New York’s Hudson River! What started out as a small line of women’s ready-to-wear has grown, due to customer demand, and editorial rave reviews, into a lifestyle collection that includes swimwear, handbags and accessories. The company’s growth has taken production from their sailboat to a New York City Studio. Editors and tastemakers have described the Lauren Moffatt line as the perfect balance of femininity and city-chic style. Lauren Moffatt is on the fashion pulse. Recent followers include: Cameron Diaz, Mandy Moore, Eva Mendes, Ashley Olsen, Sophia Bush and Kate Bosworth. The brand has enjoyed much acclaim in the editorial world. From being named in 2001 by Women’s Wear Daily as a key ‘Up-and-Coming’ designer to current editorial attention in publications from Lucky to People Style Watch to Glamour.
